4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials created by Satva Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement. Our proprietary methodologies and processes remain our exclusive property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, financial information, and any other sensitive materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Satva Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to deliver excellent results, marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or return on investment. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the following conditions:

Written notice as specified in the service agreement
Immediate termination for material breach of these terms
Payment for all services rendered up to the termination date

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
